Warranty and Return Policy

Return Terms: At S.K Medical Equipment Trading Co LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged goods due to transit, we offer a comprehensive return policy. Please note that goods purchased at auction cannot be returned based on a change of mind or lack of opportunity for inspection prior to purchase.

If you need to return an item due to damage during transit, please initiate a request through our Help Centre within 30 days of the sale ending. Provide us with the purchase details and the reason for the return. Our team will then send you a Returns Advice Form containing instructions and the return address. When returning an item, kindly ensure it's in its original packaging when possible and include the Returns Advice Form.

Upon receiving the item, we will conduct an inspection and testing to verify whether it was incorrectly described, faulty, damaged in transit, or "dead on arrival." If we determine that your claim is reasonably valid, we will proceed with either replacement or repair of the goods (if possible) or provide you with a refund within 21 days. This warranty supplements any other rights you may have under applicable laws.

Please be aware that our listings may include items in various conditions such as New, secondhand, damaged, seconds, used, ex-lease, or demo items. By bidding or purchasing these items, you acknowledge their condition, and any advertised faults or damages may not be claimed against.

Manufacturer Warranty: Certain items come with manufacturer warranties, which are outlined in the lot description along with the terms and conditions. You will receive the manufacturer's contact details with your purchase. Please note that we do not provide any representation or warranty concerning the manufacturer's warranty accompanying the product, to the extent permitted by law.

Delivery Terms: Shipping will be arranged to your location only after full payments are cleared. Please note that machine orders may initially show as "in stock," but the machinery is typically made to order. This process may take between 3-7 working days to build, inspect, and arrange for shipping. Larger machines may require additional time based on the time of purchase.

Once all necessary tests are successfully completed, the device will be shipped to you and should arrive within 3-9 business days, depending on your location. We are committed to sending the machine only after it has passed all safety tests, health certificates, and health standards to ensure your safety.

Once we receive full payment, you will receive an email containing training materials, manuals, and parameters. Feel free to contact us to schedule one-on-one training sessions for your convenience.
